He earned his B.A. in Biology and medical degree from New York University and completed his urology residency at SUNY Downstate. To further expand his expertise in healthcare leadership and administration, he pursued and obtained an MBA.

Dr. Epelbaum specializes in the management of benign prostate disease, urologic cancers, kidney stones, and urinary incontinence, with a particular focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques. His clinical excellence has been recognized consistently, including repeated honors as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor.

Beyond his practice, Dr. Epelbaum has held numerous leadership roles in the broader healthcare community. He has served as a Board Member of the American Urological Association, New York Section, and has contributed his expertise in various advisory and strategic capacities across the healthcare landscape.
