Throughout his career, Carl has remained focused on advancing physician practice success. His diverse background includes owning his own consulting firm, holding leadership positions within several major academic medical centers across metropolitan New York City, and spearheading initiatives at healthcare startups. Most recently, he served as a senior consultant with a national healthcare consulting organization.

Carl is no stranger to Solaris—he has previously consulted with three of its affiliates. In each engagement, his strategic insights and collaborative approach helped implement meaningful changes that led to enhanced patient care and operational performance.

Carl is known for his thoughtful leadership, collegial style, and deep understanding of the evolving healthcare landscape—qualities that make him a trusted and effective leader.

A native of Long Island, Carl earned his MBA from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. He currently resides in Westchester County, New York.
