Background

Dr. Jigna Desai Jhaveri is a board-certified radiation oncologist with over a decade of experience in providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She practices at Advanced Radiation Centers of New York (ARC) in Greenlawn, NY.

Dr. Jhaveri completed her medical education at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center and went on to complete her residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. She is board-certified in Radiation Oncology and has been re-certified in the field.

Specializing in the treatment of various cancers, Dr. Jhaveri has particular expertise in brain tumors, lung cancer, prostate cancer, gastrointestinal malignancies, as well as breast cancer and gynecologic cancers. She is actively involved in patient care and clinical discussions, regularly participating in cancer conferences to ensure comprehensive and coordinated treatment plans.

Dr. Jhaveri is an active member of several professional organizations, including the New York Metropolitan Breast Cancer Group, the American Society for Therapeutic Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).

In addition to English, Dr. Jhaveri is fluent in Gujarati. She is dedicated to utilizing the latest advancements in radiation therapy to deliver the best possible outcomes for her patients.
