She provides advanced urologic care, focusing on male reproductive health, female urology, and general urology, with a patient-centered approach that emphasizes education and personalized treatment plans.

About

Dr. Girardi has been practicing urology since 1996 and joined Integrated Medical Professionals in 2000. She brings extensive expertise in male infertility, microsurgical procedures, and female urology. Formerly Chief of the Infertility and Female Urology Division at North Shore University Hospital, she is also an Attending Urologist at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn.

In addition to clinical care, Dr. Girardi serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Urology at Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine, mentoring residents and advancing education in reproductive urology. She is recognized for her skill in no-scalpel vasectomies, pubovaginal sling procedures, and complex reconstructive surgeries.
