She earned her Master of Science from Stony Brook University and spent seven years at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where she managed complex surgical and medical cases, assisted in the operating room, and developed hands-on expertise in cystoscopies and a wide range of other urologic procedures.
She later moved into outpatient urology, concentrating on the care and long-term management of patients with bladder cancer. Her combined experience across hospital and clinic settings has given her a deep understanding of the full urologic patient journey and strengthened her passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Vannia brings a highly organized, detail-driven approach to her practice and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. She is committed to a warm, patient-centered approach, taking the time to listen, explain, and guide her patients through every step of their care.
When she’s not in the clinic, Vannia enjoys traveling with her family or relaxing at home with her cat.
