W. Price Dunaway

Mr. W. Price Dunaway has more than 35 years of experience in both private and public healthcare companies.

He joined Integrated Medical Professionals (IMP) from HealthTronics, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTRN), where he served as Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of the Urology Services Division, and a member of the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining HealthTronics, Mr. Dunaway specialized in fast-growing privately held healthcare companies.

Before HealthTronics he served as:

• Chief Financial Officer of Osbon Medical Systems, Inc.
• Chief Operating Officer of Lenox Optical, Inc.

Mr. Dunaway also served as a guest lecturer at the Business School of Augusta State University and was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Augusta State University Foundation.
